Location Reporting
View the performance of each of your locations
Accessing Location Reporting
To access Locations Reporting, click on the âLocationsâ tab in the menu bar to the left.
The âLocationsâ tab shows all active locations, with core metrics such as:
- Total Customer Responses
- CER (Customer Experience Rating)
- Average Survey Score
- Incident Rate %
View a particular locationâs performance in detail by clicking on the location name.
