What is Reputation Management?
Reputation Management in Tattle provides a comprehensive solution for monitoring, analyzing, and managing your restaurant's online reviews across 14 platforms. Instead of juggling reviews from different sites, you get a unified view that helps you understand your overall reputation and respond strategically to guest feedback.
Review sites that are included in this feature: Google, Yelp, Apple, Bing, Facebook, Yahoo, Tripadvisor, Zomato, Citysearch, Opentable, Yellow Pages, GrubHub, FourSquare, BBB.
Accessing Reputation Management
First, make sure you're set up with Tattle's Reputation Management feature. You can do so by contacting your Customer Success Manager, or email sales@gettattle.com
Once you're set up, click on âOnline Reviewsâ in the menu bar. Click on âReview Listâ if you want to see all reviews, and click on "Review Statistics" if you want to see reports on your online review performance.
AI Online Review Sentiments
Tattle's AI automatically analyzes and organizes your online reviews, making it easy to understand what customers are saying about different aspects of your business.
Sentiment Labels
Reviews are automatically assigned positive, negative, and neutral labels, giving you an immediate overview of each review. The labels can be found on each individual review.
Operational Categories
AI organizes feedback by operational areas such as Food Quality, Speed of Service, Staff Friendliness, and more. This can be found in the Review Insights table under "Review Statistics".
How to Reply to Reviews
Timely and thoughtful responses to online reviews are crucial for reputation management. Tattle streamlines this process with a centralized response system.
To respond to a review, go to "Review List", and click on "Reply" under an individual review. You can choose to use manual reply, AI reply or preset templates.
Generating More Online Reviews
Tattle helps you proactively generate more online reviews by directing guests to online review sites from your Tattle surveys.
Setting Up Review Generation:

Go to "Account Setup" > "Default Links".

Click on "+ New Link" and enter the information:

Select Display Label: Choose the online review site.

Enter Link Name: What you want the link to be called (e.g. Google)

Enter Template Slug: This will be for the email template slug (e.g. google)

Enter URL: This will be the url to your review site.
