Customer Responses

Responding to Customers

1. Click on the “Responses” tab in the menu bar to the left to view all survey submissions.

You can filter the survey responses by date range, star rating, groups, locations, and specific questionnaires.

2. To see the details of a particular survey response, simply click anywhere in the row. 

3. You can reply to a customer by clicking on “Reply to Customer”. Then select the email template you want to use from the dropdown menu.
