Inaugural Tattle Battle to Recognize GMs and Franchisees for Best Guest Experience

While brand-level promotions tend to get all the glamor and attention in hospitality, it’s the General Managers and Franchisees that play a decisive role in the success or failure of restaurants’ daily operations.

It’s these leaders at the unit and district-level that are implementing operational changes, ensuring high quality customer services, recruiting and retaining talents, battling inflation, and nurturing long-term guest loyalty. They’re the backbone behind each exceptional brand and the agents of change for these brands’ evolution.

To help restaurants recognize and incentivize their key talents at the unit level, Tattle launches its inaugural “Tattle Battle” to highlight GMs and Franchisees among Tattle partners who have achieved outstanding results in customer experience and operational excellence.

Tattle Battle Overview

From March 27th to July 1st, Tattle will recognize winners for each of the following categories, which are found in the Tattle dashboard based on customer feedback data:

  • Biggest improvement in overall CER (Customer Experience Rating)
    • One GM Winner
    • One Franchisee Winner
  • Biggest improvement in “Food Quality” satisfaction score
    • One location-level GM or Franchisee Winner
  • Biggest improvement in “Accuracy” satisfaction score
    • One location-level GM or Franchisee Winner
  • Biggest improvement in “Hospitality” satisfaction score
    • One location-level GM or Franchisee Winner
  • Biggest improvement in “Speed of Service” satisfaction score
    • One location-level GM or Franchisee Winner
  • Biggest of dissatisfied guests recovered
    • One location-level GM or Franchisee Winner

Contest Qualifications

The winners will be chosen based on their improvement stats within the Tattle Dashboard. All qualifying Tattle partners must have minimum 20 feedback submissions per location per month to ensure enough statistical significance, with minimum two logins per week from the location-level GMs or Franchisees.

Winners will be announced during the first week of July and featured on Tattle’s website, along with announcements on Tattle’s LinkedIn page and in the monthly partner newsletter.

“Tattle Battle” winners will also get preferential considerations for Tattle’s annual “Hall of Fame” inductions, which happens at the end of every year. To view last year’s “Hall of Fame” inductees, please visit here.
