My Ceviche

Begun as a tiny shack in South Beach, My Ceviche was a hit with locals from the start. And founders, Sam and Roger realized that the quick service and light eating was perfect for a fast-paced lifestyle, one that could only be found in the heart of Miami’s financial district — Brickell. Just over a year after My Ceviche South Beach opened came My Ceviche Brickell. The menu expanded, first with burritos and burrito bowls, then with free-range chicken breast.

My Ceviche has continued to expand throughout South Florida, with location number five opening in Miami International Airport in Summer 2016 and one more to come at Midtown Miami in Fall 2016.

My Ceviche has found a winning combination offering delicious fresh fish in innovative dishes to please all palates. Continuing to bring the beach to the city, My Ceviche is looking forward to moving across the United States!

Tap House Grill

What began in the fall of 2005 as a dream of bringing together fresh, made from scratch “addictive” food alongside a large selection of local “creative” handcrafted, exclusive and rare beers on tap is today a reality at Tap House Grill.

Becoming a reality on November 11, 2006 when the first Tap House Grill opened in St Charles, Illinois offering delicious food and exceptional beers to their patrons. The concept has shown to be a winning one with 7 Ta House Grill locations including Des Plaines, Lemont, Oswego, Palatine, Plainfield, St. Charles and Westmont.

With 160 beers on draft, The Tap House Grill is serving “Addictive Food” and “Creative Brews” along with great times, daily.
