Discover trends, tips, and insights to elevate your restaurant operations.

Restaurant managers have never been desk-bound workers. They're on the floor, in the kitchen, handling the lunch rush, putting out fires. Until now, the tools meant to help them manage guest experience required them to stop, find a computer, and log in. That gap costs time, and time costs guests.
Today, we're changing that. Tattle's mobile app is now available on iOS and Android, bringing the full power of Tattle's guest intelligence platform into the hands of every manager on your team, wherever they are.
The Tattle mobile app is a restaurant operations tool built for managers and operators who need to act on guest feedback in real time, not after the shift ends. It consolidates guest surveys, online reviews, AI Coach action items, location performance metrics, and guest recovery workflows into a single mobile experience.
It is included at no additional cost for all Tattle subscribers and is available now on iPhone (iOS 14+), iPad, and Android phones and tablets (Android 8.0+).
The Tattle mobile app gives managers a single unified inbox where private survey responses and public online reviews appear side by side. From that inbox, managers can respond using AI-drafted replies, saved templates, or manual responses, and can issue rewards directly in chat to recover unhappy guests before they escalate.
The app delivers real-time alerts for:
Critical incidents: A guest issue reported at a specific location, with a direct prompt to respond immediately
Loyal guests at risk: Negative feedback from a repeat customer, flagged for priority recovery
New guest replies: Alerts to respond before guests are left waiting
Trend alerts: Signals such as a significant rise in dinner service incidents, surfaced before they compound
Performance wins: Notifications when a location hits a CSAT high or climbs in rankings
Managers also receive morning and evening briefings that keep daily execution consistent. Quiet hours can be set per device so the tool works with team schedules rather than against them.
The app puts location-level performance data in front of managers without requiring a laptop or dashboard login. Operators can:
Track CER, Average Score, and Top Box Score in real time
Monitor Recovery Rate and estimated Recovered Revenue
Compare Dine-in, Curbside, and Delivery performance side by side
For multi-unit operators and regional managers, this means accountability conversations can happen in the moment, not after the fact.
Tattle's AI Coach identifies the highest-impact improvement opportunities for each location each month. The mobile app connects those Monthly Objectives to daily, in-shift action items that managers can work from directly on their phones.
Each action item is prioritized based on guest feedback data, includes links to Knowledge Base references for coaching support, and displays clear status and timing cues so managers know what needs attention now versus later.
General managers typically oversee multiple priorities simultaneously across a single shift. Regional managers are often traveling between locations. Both groups have historically been underserved by tools that assume a stationary user at a desktop. The result is delayed response to guest feedback, inconsistent recovery rates across locations, and performance data that arrives too late to drive in-the-moment decisions.
The Tattle mobile app addresses each of these gaps directly. It is designed to save operators two or more hours per day by eliminating the need to open a laptop to review and respond to feedback. It also shortens the window between a negative guest experience and a recovery response, helping operators catch unhappy guests before they leave one-star reviews.
The app is designed for any Tattle user who manages guest feedback at the location or multi-unit level, including:
General managers who need to respond to guest issues during or immediately after a shift
Regional and area managers overseeing multiple locations who want performance snapshots without logging into a desktop dashboard
Operations leaders who want real-time visibility into how locations are tracking against monthly objectives
Existing Tattle customers can download the app today and log in with their current credentials. No additional setup is required.
The Tattle mobile app is available now:
iOS: Download on the App Store
Android: Download on Google Play
