About Us

Since 2015, Tattle has been a full Customer Experience Management platform that helps brands build customer experience and feedback infrastructure by empowering guests to communicate across onsite and digital ordering channels.

CEO Alex Beltrani, son of restaurant owners, was raised watching his parents utilize comment cards in order to gather feedback and boost customer experience. After witnessing this strenuous and cumbersome process, Alex created Tattle in order to reimagine the customer comment card in the age of the smart phone.
